For twenty-five years we've taught yoga the unhurried way: asana, pranayama and meditation rooted in the Indian tradition, guided by experienced instructors who actually see you on the mat. No crowds, no judgement — just steady, personal practice in a calm space above Sheikh Zayed Road.
