Most fit-out firms sub-contract their carpentry. We don’t. Custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, reception desks and retail counters are produced in our own workshop in Al Qusais Industrial Area 1 — which means we control quality, cost and the schedule from the cutting bench to your site.

Founded in 2011, Modular Interiors LLC is a turnkey interior fit-out and design contractor based in Al Qusais Industrial Area 1, Dubai. We take spaces from concept through to handover across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare and beauty.
