Founded in 2009, AAC Architects brings architectural, structural, MEP and interior design together under one roof. Every commission is approached as a one-off — shaped around its site, its owner and the way it will be lived in, rather than fitted to a template.
The result is work designed to endure: considered in proportion, resolved in engineering, and refined in its finishes. We build long-term relationships with our clients and a deep, practical knowledge of the Dubai market.

We are a compact, specialist multidisciplinary team — close-knit by design, so every commission gets senior attention from start to finish.
Our approach is bespoke and unhurried. We listen first, design around the specifics of each site and client, and resolve the engineering so the architecture can be confident. The aim is always the same: spaces that feel inevitable, and that age well.
