Set on the sand at FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Praia looks straight across the bay to the Dubai Marina skyline. It is a restaurant and a lounge in equal measure — barefoot lunches under the umbrellas, golden-hour cocktails, and dinners that stretch into the small hours.

The kitchen leans into the coast: raw bars and sushi, fire-grilled mains, sharing towers and desserts, plated against the water. As the sun drops, the music lifts and the terrace turns to lounge.
