Our Story

Fire, smoke & the sea breeze.

Logs & Embers brings American smokehouse cooking to the sand at Palm Jumeirah. Meats are smoked on-site over hickory, oak and mesquite — low and slow — then finished over open flame and carried out to tables that look straight onto the bay.

It's a smokehouse with the easy rhythm of a beach club: a full bar and lounge inside, daybeds and umbrellas on the beach, world flags and big screens for match days, and a kitchen that keeps going late into the night.
