Bellini Café is the all-day Italian address on Dubai's Water Canal, opened by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. It folds a coffee bar, a bakery and a sit-down dining room into one warm, light-filled room.

The detail is everywhere — hand-painted ceramics, marble tables, velvet seating and plants by the window — built around generous coffee, fresh pasta and patisserie served from morning to evening.
