Ebruli's Kitchen is a homemade Turkish kitchen tucked into Bay Square in the heart of Business Bay. Every plate is built on the comforting classics of a Turkish home: slow-cooked stews, hand-rolled sarma, oven dishes and fresh-fried mezze — honest cooking, made with care.
