Three decades in
the Gold Souq
Bafleh Jewellery was founded in 1992 by Ramesh Vora and Quwaider Al Bafleh — beginning with a single counter on the Mezzanine of the Gold Souq, in the Gold Centre building, Deira, selling 21K gold. Three decades on, led today by Chirag Vora, Bafleh is a recognised house in gold and certified diamond jewellery with a presence across the UAE and GCC.

A single counter
Bafleh Jewellery is founded, opening its first counter on the Gold Souq Mezzanine in the Gold Centre building, Deira — selling 21K gold.
21K & 22K
The business expands to serve both 21K and 22K gold clients as its reputation in the Souq grows.
Into 18K & Italian sourcing
Bafleh begins trading in 18K gold, sourcing from Italian suppliers — broadening its design language.
Diamond wholesale & new leadership
Chirag Vora joins the partnership; the house becomes known for gold wholesale and adds a diamond jewellery wholesale arm to enter the GCC diamond market.
Retail & the Gold Testing Laboratory
Bafleh extends into retail and opens a Gold Testing Laboratory in the Gold Souq, Deira — a trust signal for purity and assurance.
Across the Gulf
A wholesale outlet in Kuwait and a wider GCC presence follow. The brand's own history celebrates reaching a growing network of locations across the region and 30 years of trade.
