If your photo is rejected because of something we controlled — size, background, lighting or framing — we reshoot and reprint it free. We follow the published specs so your application isn't held up.

How long does it take?
A standard printed set is usually ready in 10–15 minutes. Same-day digital copies are sent by email or WhatsApp. Infant and group sittings are best booked ahead.
Which countries can you shoot for?
UAE, US, UK, Schengen, Canada, Japan and China are our most-requested specs, plus biometric and infant photos. If your destination isn't listed, message us — we'll match the requirement.
Do you retouch the photo?
No beauty filters — passport authorities don't allow them. We correct exposure only and use a neutral background, exactly as the rules require.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For infants, babies or groups we recommend booking a slot so we can give you the time you need.
Can I get a digital file for an online application?
Yes — we provide a digital copy sized to the specific online application requirement, sent by email or WhatsApp the same day.
