Yours forever.
A bespoke ISTANA piece begins with a conversation and ends with something that has never existed before. We guide you from the first pencil line to the setting of a GIA-certified natural stone — and remain at your side long after.
Five considered steps
Consultation
We begin by listening — to the occasion, the person who will wear it, and the feeling you want to capture. There is no template; only your story and our experience.
Design & sketch
Our designers translate the brief into hand sketches and detailed renders. We refine proportions, settings and silhouette together until the drawing feels unmistakably yours.
Stone selection
You view loose stones in person and choose the one that speaks to you — always GIA-certified natural diamonds and fine coloured gemstones, with full disclosure of origin.
Regular updates
As our European-trained artisans and master workshops bring the piece to life, we keep you close — sharing progress at each stage so nothing is ever a surprise.
Final delivery
Your finished piece is presented in salon — and our relationship continues, with lifetime complimentary cleaning and care whenever you wish to return.
Hands you can trust
ISTANA works with European artisans and Far-East master workshops — the same hands behind some of the finest jewellery in the world. Generational skill, exacting setting work, and an obsession with how a piece feels, not only how it looks.
Whether reimagining an heirloom or starting from a blank page, every commission is held to one standard: that it could be passed down for generations.
A relationship, not a transaction
Lifetime cleaning
Complimentary professional cleaning, for life, on every ISTANA purchase — so your piece always looks the way it did on day one.
Certified & disclosed
GIA-certified natural diamonds and full disclosure of gemstone origin. You always know exactly what you are wearing.
Ongoing care
Prong checks, professional maintenance and honest advice on caring for each stone — simply ask in salon whenever you visit.
