Evidence-first hiring & career discovery

A better shortlist starts with evidence, not guesswork.

JobRov connects a candidate’s experience with a role’s requirements. Turn a CV into a structured profile, inspect the evidence behind a match and organise the hiring pipeline. Domestic, remote and relocation searches stay distinct, so the constraints that matter do not disappear inside a keyword score.

The work it helps you do

Built around the way you operate.

Explore the workflows behind JobRov, from everyday details to the bigger picture.

01

From a CV to a structured profile

Upload a supported PDF, DOCX or text CV after signing in with an email verification code. The profile captures skills and career history rather than asking candidates to type every line again. Classifier tags make details easier to browse. A focused clarification can improve an incomplete record instead of quietly inventing a qualification.

02

Inspect the evidence behind a match

Requirement-by-requirement evidence cards keep CV wording visible to a recruiter. Career timelines account for overlapping dates so simultaneous roles do not become twice the experience. The shortlist is easier to inspect and discuss with a hiring manager. AI assists the review; a person still evaluates the evidence and makes the hiring decision.

03

Filter in words or with tags

Employers narrow applicants through conversational filters or classifier tags for skills, location and experience. Successive instructions refine a search while the evidence stays available. Pipeline stages and shortlist exports support the practical work after discovery. The goal is an explainable set of candidates rather than an opaque score on its own.

04

Separate remote and relocation needs

Domestic hiring, remote work and visa-sponsored relocation have different constraints. JobRov separates those lanes and handles compensation comparisons across supported currencies. Salary floor, schedule preference and location remain part of the match. A cross-border result is an opportunity to review, not a promise of sponsorship, an offer or a placement.

05

Respect candidate boundaries

Current-employer blocking and hard salary or shift preferences help candidates control where their profile can be considered. Direct application links offer a route into a specific organisation and role. Application receipts and printable evidence dossiers support traceability. Review permissions and context before sharing information beyond the intended hiring workflow.

06

Connect the recruitment workflow

Employer workspaces, reusable application links and MCP-oriented tools connect profile, matching and publishing tasks. Optional bring-your-own-key controls support compatible AI providers. The official product tour uses seeded candidate and employer workspaces: these demonstrate the interface with fictional data, rather than suggesting that example people or companies are customers. Check current plan and integration availability before adopting a workflow.

Your next steps

Start with the workflow that matters.

  1. Create your workspace

Sign in with an email code and choose the candidate or employer route. Upload a CV or start with a job description containing the actual role requirements.

  2. Review the evidence and constraints

Check extracted experience, dates, location, salary and work pattern. Correct details affecting the search, and choose domestic, remote or relocation lanes deliberately.

  3. Give the shortlist a next step

Inspect evidence cards, refine filters and move suitable candidates through the pipeline. Use direct application routes and exports with human review and candidate consent.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Need help choosing the right setup?

Talk to the team →
Does it decide whom to hire?

JobRov structures profiles, filters candidates and explains evidence. Employers remain responsible for evaluating information and deciding whom to interview or hire.

Are the example people real?

Product-tour screens use seeded fictional demonstration workspaces. They are not endorsements, placement results or a claim about customer volume.

Can candidates find remote work?

The product separates domestic, remote and visa-sponsored lanes. Availability depends on the actual employer and role; a match does not guarantee an offer or sponsorship.

What should employers check?

Review current plans, AI allowances, supported integrations and data controls. Proposed promotions or unconfirmed quotas on a product page should not be treated as agreed terms.
